horrible service. rude staff. completely incompetent. took some stuff to have fixed, they claim they couldn't. ok. went to pick up said items and buy some chains for my stihl chainsaw and was given some BS story about how saw chains are a restricted item and they cant sell to just anyone. claimed the saw i had just purchased should not have been sold to me. its a chainsaw, not a gun. restricted item? get real. these dudes are grade A clowns. find another shop and don't waste your time and money. their service is trash all th... read more

just very understanding..actually gave me a gasket instead of me having to buy the whole kit.
Brought them my malfunctioning Stihl chain saw. Diagnosed as engine cylinder wall shot and scored. Helped me pick out a new saw that fit my needs perfectly, (better than the old smaller saw I had). Guys there were friendly and helpful with answers to all my questions. Have not used them for repairs, but very knowledgeable sales staff. Thanks!
