I recently went to Andy’s to have a piece of jewelry repaired. This wasn’t any piece of jewelry; it was my grandmother’s ring. I can not begin to tell you how AMAZING the staff is at Andy’s. They paid such close attention to detail, while letting me know that they would not alter the ring in any fashion unless I wanted them to. They kept their promise. I have limited time to shop, especially during the work day. I called Andy's and they had sold the watch I wanted to get my husband for Father's Day. They offered to send me pictures of what they had in similar styles and when I saw one I liked, to hold it for me until I could get to the store later on that afternoon to purchase it. I have never had a store offer customer service like this before! Will definitely shop here again and definitely recommend them!! Thanks again for the amazing service Andy's!!!
