This location has great customer service & ice cream! The workers are so nice & friendly! Really enjoyed the turtle sundae & my husband loved the pumpkin pie concrete. Will definitely be back!
The customer service at this location is horrible. They open the window with attitude every single time ESPECIALLY the night shift crew. One worker closed/slammed the drive thru window super loud in my face multiple times (she had very short hair and glasses). Whoever the manager is needs to get it together ASAP. Disgusting behavior.
I surprised my mom by stopping into Andy's for some frozen custard and we had the nicest guy, Tim, both take out order and get us out extremely tasty treats! I got a chocolate with chocolate and more chocolate, Mom got vanilla with pecans and I got my husband and brother-in-law peanut butter cup with vanilla. Everyone was delighted and again, thanks to Tim for being so joyous, upbeat, pleasant and professional!
