Giving it 1 star because 0 wasn't an option. Don't waste your money. Ordered a milkshake. After saying the custard machine was broken I was told they only had vanilla. Got my "milkshake". Frozen chunks of unblended custard a squirt of chocolate syrup and some milk poured over it. Couldn't be bothered to blend it. Total waste of money spent $8 for nothing. Rude employees and CRAP PRODUCT!
Tez & Justice were phenomenal. Justice took our order and was so kind, polite & respectful. Tez, was just as professional and kind as well. Thank you to these young men for working diligently and with a smile on their faces. Customers can be challenging to deal with and not everyone is kind. So HUGE shoutout to these young men. The quality at the Matthews location has declined significantly. Orders come out quickly but I’d rather they sacrifice some of that speed and make the orders correctly. Too many times now I have gotten orders that were missing mix ins or had the wrong mix ins and unfortunately I’m always getting multiple items to take home roughly 12 minutes away I don’t go back to have the orders fixed because I don’t want the other stuff to melt to much. Very disappointing
Never heard of this place… Out running errands pretty far from our house. Great custard, will look for a location closer to home.
First time going to an Andy’s at all. Trying to be fair with feedback here. The place wasn’t super busy, but kind of a steady flow. I counted about 5 people working at the time. The women that took our order - she had a noticeably excessive amount of ice cream stains all over her uniform, which was initially a little eyebrow-raising.
