Went out for a treat yesterday
I will not be returning. I had hoped to order a strawberry shortcake; cake, strawberries, and ice cream seemed straightforward. It was 3 p.m., and I was the only customer. The employee with red hair near the window repeatedly told me they could not fulfill my request, and twice she walked away while I was trying to explain. I felt unwelcome and the experience was quite disappointing, especially regarding customer service, which is very important to me. The Colony location is our go to not just because it’s close, but because of the people. The employees consistently greet with smiles and kindness. By now, they know our vehicles and have our order ready by the time we reach the window. The order rarely changes. (Again, we go WAY too many times a week). Sean, Harrison, and all of the other smiling faces have always made for a pleasant visit. True customer service.
