Ethan at Andy’s provided great customer service with a genuine willingness to make sure I left happy. Part of my order was unique and had two specific requests. I felt bad asking for those modifications, but he never made me feel like I was being difficult. He had such a great attitude and made sure every detail was exactly how I wanted it. Great deserts. But during the fake scamdemic they refused to allow my daughter and I to sit OUTSIDE on a bench and eat because we weren't wearing a mask. How is anyone supposed to eat while wearing a mask? Forcing patrons to follow insane medical advice is totalitarianism straight out of the book, 1984... and NOT the role of a restaurant. Their job is to sell food.
