We’ve been going to Andy’s for over 30 years, mostly in Springfield, Missouri, and it has always been one of our favorite dessert spots. We’ve visited multiple locations there and genuinely never had a bad experience. This place sucks! You go and sit in line standing or in vehicle for over 30mins and get up to take your order and they DON'T have what you want??? So the made fresh hourly is a huge JOKE! off to Culvers theirs is probably better anyways!
Not bad soft serve not as good as DQ or Carvel. Reasonable prices service and quality.
When I moved to the area, I would get Andy's often for myself and my kids. Decided to visit a couple weeks ago as a late night treat. When I received my order, both jackhammers had already melted to the point that they got all over the interior of my car. The staff member at the window tried to help by offering some napkins.
