Fantastic customer service! I've bought a few bikes there throughout the years; I always bring the bikes there for repairs as well, and I've never had any concerns/problems. Today I stopped into buy a helmet and Bruce went above the beyond the call of duty. He ensured I bought the correct helmet, and fitted it to my head perfectly and correctly! :)
I stopped in hoping to get a punctured tire fixed (planning to leave it). To my surprise and delight, they fixed it immediately! Not only that, he showed me how to fit my bike in my car without removing the wheel. Great service!
Went to Andy’s to purchase a bike for our son tonight. We had the most amazing experience. Bruce was very knowledgeable, funny and made the experience fun. Awesome customer service.

Just purchased bikes for my family today. We all got bikes that fit us, not just price or looks. Bruce was great with the kids. Great selection and not pushed or rushed into anything. Can't wait to go back on a non-rainy day and use the bike path. Highly recommended!
People there are very mean! They don't care about the community and the guy screamed at me saying I was parked wrong and I should learn how to park! Guy kept screaming at me! (following me to me car!) asking if I had a problem! I understand if u needed me to move. I was moving it. Never said I wouldn't. Never said anything! I was physically walking to move it. Went in a few days ago not knowing if I was going to get a new bike but after looking at the selection I knew there were a few bikes I would definitely like to take home. Bruce told me what I needed to know and let me rest ride them. I ended up with a Raleigh 4130! I got a great deal and couldn't be happier with the service. I would absolutely recommend Andys to anyone in the market for a new mtb and a great deal.
Took my 2 daughters (11&9) here 2 weeks ago today, what an experience!!! Bruce not only has an abundance of knowledge about anything bicycle related, he is also a genuine guy. He never tried to over sell me on anything, never tried to sell me anything I didn't need, and the attention we got as customers was second to none. He took both my girls out on the bike path near his shop, and gave both of them a 101 on how to use their shifters, hand brakes, and made sure the bikes were the proper fit and style.
