Andy did a great job in going through the process of getting our house sold in Los Altos. From preparing the home for sale, pricing it in a quickly changing market in June 2023 and going through the negotiation process and potential buyers everything was handled in a professional and easy to the job done process. His extended team is also excellent and Andy is who I would use again in future real estate transactions.
Our highest praise goes to Andy for helping us sell our house. He is everything a real estate agent should be; an expert in our area, peerless communicator, excellent negotiator. He was so helpful with each step of the process, he lets you know just what to expect. Also, and very importantly, the others on his team and his vendors (staging, helpers in repairs, liquidator, etc) were excellent. Not a dud among them.
