Explanation of my condition was perfectly clear. Treatment was perfectly clear.
Dr. Farrell was quick concise and a problem solver. The front desk folks were polite helpful and greeted me with a smile. The office was clean and bright.
Everything went well..prep to procedure. I've used doctor Farrell in the pass and think he is wonderful. Very pleasant to talk to...
Very impressed with expertise, professionalism and friendliness of both Dr. Farrell and with the entire staff from checkin to checkout! Would highly recommend!

I thought he could have talked to me about some of the symptoms I am having and what he thought might begoing on. I spent more time with the nicenurse or whoever she was than I did with the doctor. He laid me back on the tableto check my stomach and didn’t evenpull out the foot rest. I am almost eightyand do pretty good but I have had spinalsurgery and it would have helped to be a little more considerate and taken a few more minutes. I was not thrilled with the reception area. I was told to be there at 7:55 am for an 8:40 am procedure. The receptionists were concentrating more on other things. Once heading back to the clinic area, things improved dramatically. The lady that took me back was efficient. The nurse was sensitive, understanding, and friendly. The anesthesia tech was proficient. The doctor, who is not real talkative, was very receptive to questions and concerns. I’ll be back in 5 years.
