Joel, is absolutely amazing at what she does. It was my first time at the salon, and I was feeling nervous. She made me comfortable and went through the steps of what she was doing with my hair. 100 percent would recommend.
Friendly, skilled family hair stylists located at Rossland Square in Oshawa. Amanda is fabulous, and the whole team provides a warm, welcoming experience. A must-visit salon for families!
Very disappointing, I went here for the first time and the overall salon was clean but the service was not very professional. The stylist did not do a very thorough consultation and complained to the receptionist about another co-worker. The water during the shampoo was cold and didn't really massage my scalp. My hair was very over texturized when it was wet and my curtain bangs are way too short and the right side is just not sitting right; the right side is very choppy and sits 3.5 inches shorter than I asked. Yesterday went and saw Tracy for the first time and got Color highlights/low lights and a cut. Must say at first upset as got a little short but she must have known it’s what I needed and would suit me. Also Color beautiful so yes cut and Color amazing. She knows how to cut. Thank you Tracy.
