I called on a Friday to get an estimate for a gutter repair, and was asked to call back to leave info on voice mail. The phone would not accept voice mail. I called back on Monday and was told that they would be out on Thursday or Friday to give an estimate. When I had not heard from them by Friday afternoon, I called back and they said they would arrive between 4-6pm.
