If I could give less stars, I would. Ordered roadside assistance today and they set up rescue for us through Andy’s Roadside Service with an ETA of 87 minutes. Two and a half hours later, still no rescue, no answer at phone number, no voicemail available. Our roadside assistance had to cancel Andy’s and order a different rescuer.
Andy is fantastic. Honest fast extremely great diesel mechanic. Highly recommended
Ran out of gas and sat stranded on the side of the road. Was 70+ miles from home and a tow to the nearest gas station was over $100. Then this life saver pulled to the side and filled up my tank, didn't even want gas money in return. 5/5, amazing customer service even when you aren't a customer. True quality service like this is rare to come across. Thanks Andy!
