0 Stars! Please be cautious before using this service center. My car was held for 79 days for a transmission replacement of a faulty new transmission. The communication was nonexistent unless I initiated it. Most concerning was the staff's conduct. When I questioned a sudden demand to return my loaner car, the service manager threatened to report it stolen and involve the police. Hace aproximadamente 3 meses compré un vehículo aquí y ha sido la experiencia más tediosa que he podido vivir, si tienen la oportunidad de comprar aquí DESAPROVÉCHENLA, después me lo agradecen. Asesores como Hugo y Víctor que solo piensan en comisionar y no en asegurarse de brindar un servicio de CALIDAD y con respaldo, que es la razón principal por la cual uno busca comprar en consensionarios reconocidos

Mi esposa adquirió un vehículo allí, no tenía más de 80 mil millas y a los tres meses se averió, no lo cubre garantía, aparte lo llevamos a servicio, nos cobraron 1500 dólares por un alternador cuando en el mercado se encuentran máximo a 500 dólares, y fuera de eso a los 3 días vuelve y presenta el mismo problema lo que significa que no se corrigió la causa de la avería. No responden por nada no lo recomiendo

Met with Usman!!! Told him exactly what vehicle I wanted. Showed us great customer service! Answered our questions & gave us the BEST deal without knowing what other dealers in Indiana were quoting in reference to price, warranty, etc. Very knowledgeable and does not pressure you into a sale .
