I had a great experience with Keith Jones. He was very nice, attentive, and professional throughout the whole visit. He completed my oil change and maintenance quickly and made sure everything was taken care of properly. The service was fast, smooth, and stress-free. I truly appreciate his kindness and efficiency, and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing car service.

I was worried when I went to this dealership. I thought I wasn't going to be able to get a car, but I was wrong! Adam Tran helped me out a lot. He kept saying "Don't worry, we got you"! He came back with a brand new 2025 Nissan Sentra SV with no miles on it! Now i will not have to worry or deal with anymore car problems. I highly recommend everyone to go here if they need a car. 0 Stars! Please be cautious before using this service center. My car was held for 79 days for a transmission replacement of a faulty new transmission. The communication was nonexistent unless I initiated it. Most concerning was the staff's conduct. When I questioned a sudden demand to return my loaner car, the service manager threatened to report it stolen and involve the police.
