I was happy to give you my business. At 32, I've owned 6 new cars (I always buy a new one when my warranty runs up!). The last one I traded in to you all for my new TUCSON :). I am enjoying it very much thus far, but will be REALLY putting it to the test in a couple of days when we use it to make the 16 hour drive to our house on the beach in FL. My experience with the salesman was great. The finance manager great. Even a salesman that was not mine was overly helpful. Thought I got a pretty good deal and was pleased except for the amount on trade in. Went to pick up the car sign papers etc. Everything was set and ready to go.
The Stephens Honda service dept. is top notch!! Mike, Shawn and Erin always greet me by name, which is very impressive. From routine oil changes to major repairs I have always been kept in the loop and provided realistic time and cost expectations. I have owned many Honda cars and have taken them to many other dealers and Stephens is by far the best. Taking my car to them does not make me feel like I'm going to the dentist! -Janice T.
Been buying Hyundais there for a while. Shopped Indy at large dealer was made to feel stupid, treated rude and they tried to con me into paying for a paint sealent that they put on all their cars for $700! What a ripoff! Stephens does not use any tactics like that! Was very happy and treated fairly without a huge hassle of the grinding by muliple managers! I saved thousends and could not be happier with service before and after sale! Top notch first class people. I will recommend them to everyone I can.-Butler
