Bought used with a warranty and it's been nothing but a nightmare trying to get the work done. In total, 4 trips there and back and fear it may be more. Customer aftercare is part of car sales. This place needs work.

Dropped my car off for what I thought I was getting were 2 recalls (transmission & safety belt), an oil change, and tire rotation. When I was called that my car was ready, I get there and they say my car won't start-even though they also had to move it out of the garage themselves. Stopped by Andy Mohr to look at a $52k pickup that was "In Stock" and "New" with 9 miles according to the internet. This is after emailing with Donna in the internet sales department, then her handing me off to Derek who never returned emails to communicate the pricing info. I figured I would just stop in and see what we could do in person. Once they found the vehicle it was actually an employees demo car with 4k miles on it and looked like it was being lived in. My daughter's 'change oil' light came on as we were heading on an 8 hour drive to take my daughter to college. We had recently had the oil changed but didn't want to have any issues once we got on the road. We took her car to Andy Mohr Ford (where we purchased it) and they got us in right away and resolved it all for us in just a matter of minutes. Really great customer service!
