fire chris service writer. poor customer communications, took 5 weeks for one issue, that he told us was a known issue, never discussed charges just expected us to pay at the end. then when we refused called myself and my wife. so no will not go back period could of done the fix in half the time myself.
I recommend Andy Mohr Ford because they care. I have received countless requests from the Ford Motor Company regarding a recall. Apparemtly, the airbag was at risk for exploding upon impact causing shrapnel injuries to the vehicle's driver or occupants. It took over a year of trying, but I finally had my Ford Fusion serviced yeaterday. Thank you Andy Mohr Ford, for preventing me from from getting my face blown off by a defective airbag.
