Service department was less satisfactory than I expected! My reason for this is after making an appointment to have a tire replaced because of a nail protruding on the outside of the wall of the tire. Which I have full coverage. I was told that it would take 2 to 2 1/2 for service. So I waited. I think their base prices are reasonable, but once they added the accessory fee, paint charge, theft protection, and other extras I never asked for, the price of the vehicle I was trying to buy went up by almost $4,000. I said no thanks and walked out. I ended up going to Ed Martin, where I only paid taxes and a doc fee and purchased a vehicle without all those add-ons. Those kinds of fees should be illegal especially when they’re added without the customer requesting them.
I made an appointment online for a tire rotation and MPVI. I was shocked to receive a bill for a tire rotation AND balance which I did not authorize. I was overcharged $60 because the balancing was added to my bill. I was also not happy that a 0.10" deviation in the toe-in of one front wheel caused $140 to correct. I will get a second opinion the next time that that happens. Otherwise the service was great.
