I brought my car in for an interior detail (we had purchased the vehicle 3 days prior and the wait was 45 minutes for the detail so we decided I could bring it back in for that service) and after 90 minutes I checked on the progress. The service associate said he would check on it and get right back to me. He finally came back 15 minutes later and said they were backed up and working on it now. Service was excellent. Joe was very responsive and was patient while we shipped for insurance. Trade in was a good experience also.
Brought my Equinox in for an oil change and tire rotation was greeted promptly by Greg Simpson who checked me in and explained everything to me. Greg gave me an estimated time to complete the service. Greg was friendly and personable! Even set up a rental vehicle since I had to leave my Equinox overnight for an update.
Didn't really find what we were looking for but the salesman was great.
