Edited /Updated Review: Unfortunately he did not fix the issue with our furnace. He should have made sure things were working BEFORE he left and BEFORE he charged me. The tenant did mention to me that she had noted it was still cold and he said it "should be fine" and its days later- still no heat/working furnace. He changed out the circuit board and charged me for it but did not fix the issue. He offered to come back out and was a no show. We are not fans of the lack of communication. Andy is clearly a very knowledgeable guy. He's got a lot of experience in the hvac field. The guy knows what he's doing. Im thankful that I found him and I will definitely be utilizing his service in the future. He's also a nice guy to talk with.
Andy installed a exhaust hood and fan on concession trailer it’s been leaking since installed contacted him days after the work which was in October of last year was supposed to call me and come back out he stopped answering my calls. I’ll be taking further action this is the way I make my money he has cost me money I didn’t have to spend on repairs
We had Andy replace our furnace back in the fall. We ultimately went with him because of the positive Google Reviews along with the pricing he provided. We also wanted to support a small, local business. At first, Andy was quick to respond and eager to help. While he remained friendly throughout the process, his reliability and organization left a lot to be desired. Andy goes above and beyond for his customers. He diagnosed and fixed an issue on our furnace and helped install our smart thermostat. Personable, reasonably priced, and skilled in his trade. Will use again and recommend to others!
