Brand new AC not functioning properly, 5 year Warranty is useless when you don’t hear back from the company. I understand it’s a small business but it’s highly disappointing!!!! I don’t recommend this company to anyone because the price might be cheaper than most but there is a cost of a headache. cheaper isn’t worth it. now I going to have to spend money with another company to try to figure out the problem because ANDY refuses to respond to my phone calls and messages. Initially Andy came out for the initial consult with a great plan and found us a excellent deal on a heat pump so we decided to go with him and put a deposit down. There was many communication issues and Andy pushing us off with variety of problems. Once the install started he was very knowledgeable about heating and cooling systems and I thought it all went ok. After 5 days of install we made the final payment. I’ve hired Andy a couple times for jobs in the past, but the communication and overall experience has completely fallen off a cliff. Andy approached me about purchasing mini splits and asked me to front $4,300 for the equipment, with the understanding that he would install them in the spring. He also told me I would qualify for a $2,000 rebate and said he would handle the paperwork for it. Now that spring is here, I’ve reached out multiple times with no response at all. Andy is clearly a very knowledgeable guy. He's got a lot of experience in the hvac field. The guy knows what he's doing. Im thankful that I found him and I will definitely be utilizing his service in the future. He's also a nice guy to talk with.
Andy installed a exhaust hood and fan on concession trailer it’s been leaking since installed contacted him days after the work which was in October of last year was supposed to call me and come back out he stopped answering my calls. I’ll be taking further action this is the way I make my money he has cost me money I didn’t have to spend on repairs
