Andy installed a exhaust hood and fan on concession trailer it’s been leaking since installed contacted him days after the work which was in October of last year was supposed to call me and come back out he stopped answering my calls. I’ll be taking further action this is the way I make my money he has cost me money I didn’t have to spend on repairs
We had Andy replace our furnace back in the fall. We ultimately went with him because of the positive Google Reviews along with the pricing he provided. We also wanted to support a small, local business. At first, Andy was quick to respond and eager to help. While he remained friendly throughout the process, his reliability and organization left a lot to be desired. Andy goes above and beyond for his customers. He diagnosed and fixed an issue on our furnace and helped install our smart thermostat. Personable, reasonably priced, and skilled in his trade. Will use again and recommend to others!
Andy was very empathetic over the phone while scheduling, acknowledging that our mechanic issue must be making our family very uncomfortable. He was prompt and found the issue quickly after arriving. He was honest and gave good advice not only about how to fix our issue but also how to save records to show our warranty company. He interacted intentionally with my 3 year old son and sought him out to say goodbye when he left. Just a really nice guy.
Andy is the best! He helped me diagnose an issue over the phone so we could get our heat up and running right away. He was prompt, kind, and helpful—on a Saturday! We will be calling Andy for all HVAC needs and recommending him to friends and family.
