Initially Andy came out for the initial consult with a great plan and found us a excellent deal on a heat pump so we decided to go with him and put a deposit down. There was many communication issues and Andy pushing us off with variety of problems. Once the install started he was very knowledgeable about heating and cooling systems and I thought it all went ok. After 5 days of install we made the final payment. Edited /Updated Review: Unfortunately he did not fix the issue with our furnace. He should have made sure things were working BEFORE he left and BEFORE he charged me. The tenant did mention to me that she had noted it was still cold and he said it "should be fine" and its days later- still no heat/working furnace. He changed out the circuit board and charged me for it but did not fix the issue. He offered to come back out and was a no show. We are not fans of the lack of communication. Andy is clearly a very knowledgeable guy. He's got a lot of experience in the hvac field. The guy knows what he's doing. Im thankful that I found him and I will definitely be utilizing his service in the future. He's also a nice guy to talk with.
Andy installed a exhaust hood and fan on concession trailer it’s been leaking since installed contacted him days after the work which was in October of last year was supposed to call me and come back out he stopped answering my calls. I’ll be taking further action this is the way I make my money he has cost me money I didn’t have to spend on repairs
Andy goes above and beyond for his customers. He diagnosed and fixed an issue on our furnace and helped install our smart thermostat. Personable, reasonably priced, and skilled in his trade. Will use again and recommend to others!
