I called Andy because my window a/c was popping off it's breaker, When Andy arrived we dicided to rewire my house and upgrade the breaker pannel to 150 amps. Andy put back the same 100 amp breaker pannel as I had before and left the old cloth wireing and didn't replace all the wiring or staple it down in the attic. Plus the a/c I origialy called him out for still poped off it's breaker. I filled a complaint with Andy's bond company and received back more money than I paid him.
