Shady, incompetent, or both. Andy seemed like a really nice guy, but unfortunately, seems that's just a front. He has some Infiniti Q50s with rebuilt titles, so I called ahead to ask if any of them were flood or fame damage and he assured me that he doesn't touch anything with flood or frame damage.
