Andy was an amazing realtor! I felt the marketing was excellent and my home was on the market for only a week! Got above asking because of multiple offers with minimal concessions. I am beyond pleased with what he did in such a short amount time! I wish I could I have used him to purchase my new home, but it was out of state, and he still hooked me up with an amazing realtor who knew the local market and got me a great deal as well! 10/10 would recommend!
