Selling our condo with Andy and Abby Barclay with the Barclay Group at Compass Realtors was the best decision we made when we decided to sell our condo. Abby guided us throughout the process. She gave us time to de-clutter 2 rooms, gave us ideas on showing our condos beautiful views, and encouraged us to be patient. Additionally, Abby gave us feedback from each showing with the comments she received.
We bought our first home with Abby and Andy and are now looking to use them once again! They are both incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and very sweet! In other words, they are the perfect realtors.
Abby and Andy Barclay were wonderful to work with. They assisted in the listing and sale of our father’s home. Their attention to every detail, from listing, marketing, showing to potential buyers, contract knowledge and follow through to a successful closing was remarkable.
