I would rate a 10 if I could. Me and my friends have all gone to Dr. Hand for our breast augmentation. He and his staff are amazing and we cant recommend them enough!
I had a wonderful experience here. Dr. Hand and his staff were warm and friendly. Couldn't have dreamed of a better team or outcome. A++
Dr, Hand listened to every question and concern that I had and was so compassionate to my needs. I couldn't have ever imagined such a caring and down to earth environment not only with him but also with each and every one of his staff. He takes much pride in his craft and wont offer a procedure if it isn't going to give you the right result. After multiple meetings because I was so nervous we came up with the right plan for me. My procedure went fantastic and I couldn't have asked for better.

Overall, I had the best experience possible! The facility was top notch. So happy with my results and how I was cared for. Dr. Hand and his entire staff were so compassionate; and made me feel comfortable Would highly recommend to anyone.
I had my breast augmentation on Thursday and I can say from the very first time that I walked in the doors for my first consultation I felt so safe and was treated like family. I was so very nervous even just having a consultation because I am an overweight (beautifully curved I like to say) woman. I had this fear that a plastic surgeon would just go on and on about liposuction or tummy tuck ect and completely overlook my reasoning for being there. Big boobs! I was petrified of be judged or look
I had a phenomenal experience from start to end. I live in Killeen, but heard several of my mom friends mention Dr. Hand when I talked about wanting to do something about my saggy mom body. He has a following here and when I finally met him and staff it was obvious why. He listens-- is honest from the get go and wants to choose a plan right for you. He cares about you, not $$ Confidence/not arrogance! Believe me when I say he IS that good and worth every penny. Dr. Hand changed my life forever
I had an amazing experience and my results are AMAZING! The whole process was enjoyable and the staff were very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable even though I must admit I was quite anxious about having general anesthesia for the first time ever! I am recommending Dr. Hand and his team to everyone.
My experience here was horrible, he is very full of himself, making it clear he belonged some where other than waco because according to him, he's that good. I was not at all comfortable, my desire to have surgery closer to home is what led me to his office, It will be worth the drive to have a more professional surgeon. He's staff was the only good thing about the office.
