The entire experience was great. The staff were very helpful and responsive. Dr Hand explained everything thoroughly and professionally. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of the day of surgery. I am thrilled with the results. I would recommend Dr Hand.
Everything was absolutely professional and perfect. The staff was very accommodating, and Doctor hand himself was extremely professional and so helpful in describing each implant in full detail, helping me achieve my goal and what I wanted for my body.
The office staff was amazing. The nurses were great. From the moment Dr Hand came into my consultation visit, I liked him. He is very straightforward and knowledgeable. OSurgery day went very smoothly. He has his own surgical center in his office. This was a very big plus. All staff was very friendly! All my questions were answered and any concerns I had was acknowledged. Dr. Hand himself made sure I was comfortable and any question I had was answered with detail. Procedure went well and I have no complaints. I definitely would recommend Dr. Hand to anyone looking for a breast augmentation. Dr. Hand helped me choose a size implant that best fit me and my body type.
My experience was good from the beginning. I did have complications, and the doctor answered my call at 3:30 in he morning and was empathetic and got me in immediately to repair the hematoma. This is very rare, but was treated quickly and I am back on he road to recovery. Nothing the team did could have prevented the issue. But I was pleased with their care and compassion. Would highly recommend Dr Hand and his caring staff.
Everyone at this clinic is very friendly and helpful. From the beginning with the consult to every follow up I've had. Dr. Hand did a wonderful job on my tummy tuck. I have no regrets at all!!! He is very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable about my surgery.

I have had two procedures with Dr.Hand and his outstanding staff. This was only after 3 previous consults 2 in Austin and 1 in San Antonio. By far my experience with this clinic was vastly different. Dr. Hand is the best doctor and the staff - If you are looking for a surgeon- look no further! Dr. Hand and staff go above and beyond for their patients . From the moment I stepped in their office for consultation I knew I found the right Doctor for me! He and the staff listened to me from pre-op, through surgery and post op.
