I’ve had a wonderful experience will all of the staff including front desks and the therapist. This facility has helped my families quality of life. Will always be grateful.
Amazing Place To Be Apart Of And Will Aways Be On Call No Matter What. I've Had Nothing But Good Exsperiences There Since Joining.
According to the receptionist, their is no grievance process to report inappropriate behavior by a “therapist”. Ask to see credentials! And also a therapist should respect a parent of a child under his care who speaks up and advocates for their child, rather then being personal, petty and rude. Having only one medicating doctor on hand, they play with your med schedules simply cause he won’t be in when you rightfully need your refills. Not all therapists are this inept or rude, but far too few.
