Constant revolving door of interns providing therapy, and now we're informed there won't be any now interns, so we have to scramble to find someone new for our child because his current therapist is leaving at the end of June. Oh, AND a new psychiatrist, because if you don't have a therapist there, you can't continue to have med management with one of their psychiatrists. I’ve had a wonderful experience will all of the staff including front desks and the therapist. This facility has helped my families quality of life. Will always be grateful.

According to the receptionist, their is no grievance process to report inappropriate behavior by a “therapist”. Ask to see credentials! And also a therapist should respect a parent of a child under his care who speaks up and advocates for their child, rather then being personal, petty and rude. Having only one medicating doctor on hand, they play with your med schedules simply cause he won’t be in when you rightfully need your refills. Not all therapists are this inept or rude, but far too few.
