When I arrived they had me scheduled for the wrong procedure getting that corrected delayed my procedure. After the procedure I was told about post procedure care. Why wasn’t I told prior to procedure as I could have had my medication! Went to two different pharmacist both had to order so I cannot get my medication until 11-13-24 no ideal. Was not prepared for home care as did not have instructions. This could have all been avoided by informing me prior to procedure. I was very pleased with my appointment here with Dr. Mushahwar. His staff was very kind, polite, courteous and may I say fast. I say the appointment was fast, but did not at all take away from the thoroughness and care for me during the visit. All questions and concerns were fully addressed. At the end, he asked do I understand the care plan that was provided to me and made sure I understood before I departed. Highly recommended.
First time to this office. Staff were helpful and pleasant. I liked my doctor. He answered all my questions, gave clear instructions and helped me relax. The only concern was the wait time. My appointment was at 1:15pm. I was not seen until 2:15pm.
