we are 5 star plus satisfied with andrews service inc. we did not have any a/c related needs, but did have some plumbing issues. technician nolan came out with his apprentice and hydro jetted our pipes and then did a smoke test. locating the problem and resolving it: being a commercial building they worked around our availability times when the property was unoccupied. they arrived earlier than scheduled and were ready to roll on the work immediately. nolan is sharp and confident and he don't mess around, he diagnosed our is... read more
We were recommended Andrews Refrigeration by So Low Environmental Equipment to change the battery on our -80°C freezer. Andrews told us that they would bill us for the trip to our facility in Scottsdale to evaluate our freezer --- around $150. We would then be responsible for the cost of the battery or any labor needed to repair anything. While at our clinic, the service technician told us it would be around $70 to replace the battery. A big thank you to all the staff and technicians at Andrews on January 19th 2025 for the Emergency plumbing repairs on a large backflow device replacement at Mayer High School. I watched one of their vans pull away from a gas pump then block to pump so the other person couldn't pull in all the way.Then almost hit a lady that was getting off the bus so they could pull out in the traffic Why would anyone want that company working for them when they act like that in their vehicles on the open road?
