I've never used your company and because of your driver I never will. I see after reading a lot of the negative reviews they're driving is so bad and they are very aggressive. I was driving south on Greenfield road in Gilbert, Arizona. I had just turned left from Elliot. If you are familiar with the area, you are aware that there are schools all around this area. we are 5 star plus satisfied with andrews service inc. we did not have any a/c related needs, but did have some plumbing issues. technician nolan came out with his apprentice and hydro jetted our pipes and then did a smoke test. locating the problem and resolving it: being a commercial building they worked around our availability times when the property was unoccupied. they arrived earlier than scheduled and were ready to roll on the work immediately. nolan is sharp and confident and he don't mess around, he diagnosed our is... read more

We were recommended Andrews Refrigeration by So Low Environmental Equipment to change the battery on our -80°C freezer. Andrews told us that they would bill us for the trip to our facility in Scottsdale to evaluate our freezer --- around $150. We would then be responsible for the cost of the battery or any labor needed to repair anything. While at our clinic, the service technician told us it would be around $70 to replace the battery.
