Our commercial freezer started running warmer than normal overnight, so we called Andrews Refrigeration first thing in the morning. They arrived on time, diagnosed the issue as a faulty defrost component, and completed the repair without delaying our business operations. The technician carefully tested the system before leaving to make sure temperatures had returned to normal. Their communication was excellent throughout the entire visit, and we felt confident the repair was done right.
I tried to merge into traffic when this guy from Andrew's slows his vehicle down so I can't. Then we come to a stop light and he flips me off. We then come to another stop light with him turning left and my going straight. When he got the green arrow he yells "Jesus loves you" as he turns. Really? Flip me off and then say that? I will NEVER use Andrew's and will not recommend them as this is how they behave.
When the ice machine at our restaurant stopped producing ice, Andrews Refrigeration was able to fit us into their schedule quickly. The technician found mineral buildup affecting the water system and also replaced a worn component that was preventing the machine from cycling correctly. He thoroughly cleaned the unit before putting everything back into service. We appreciated that he explained what caused the problem and gave us maintenance tips to help prevent it from happening again.
