Don’t bother emailing these people they never reply. They’re not interested in helping out regular people. Just school districts to bleed more tax money off us.
Wow....what a bad experience. I paid my Northgate School District tax by mail to Jordan Tax Service and it never posted. The other checks I mailed on the same day to other vendors all posted. So, then they send it to this firm for collection and they added on $158 to send me a late notice. I paid online this time and they charged me $26 to pay online but why would I pay by check when my last check was lost. Then I had to argue with the lady because she was saying I still owed money after paying all that. Horrible experience.
I would not have guessed that I'd be taking time out of my day to write a 5-star review for a company collecting my taxes, but I want to commend the Andrews & Price team for their outstanding customer service. They turned a challenging financial situation into a smooth experience with their patience, support, expertise, and communication.
