Good luck getting prescriptions, a call back, or any information from them. I have had to call nine times about one prescription that has STILL not been sent in. Excuse after excuse after excuse, despite having multiple business days to process the request. “Missing a fax” and going to lunch aren’t valid excuses for not getting a patient their prescription five days after the patient first contacted about it.
