Poor customer service and poor quality product! Christopher the “master jeweler” is a rude and poor with customers. Bought a ring first week of December and got it in on the 22nd. Had the ring for week and half a diamond fell out so sent it back to have it fixed. Got it back 2 weeks later and she wore the ring for 2 days and another diamond fell out. Great time to buy! Store is marked down to stupid low prices. Was happy to spend my $$ here. If only all jewelry stores were this way
The first time I was in this store the manager was on the phone while I was waiting at the counter along with another salesperson and customer. He was so rude on the phone and hung up on the person. Then he complained about them in front of me and everyone else at the counter. I asked the salesperson if they had a polishing wheel for getting scratches out. She said yes and the manager said no.
