They did an appraisal and then took over three weeks to submit the report. We received it three days before closing date. On a half million dollar property the appraiser appraised the house $1900 less than agreed on selling price. Three days before closing. Then became unresponsive to the loan officer and real estate agent's attempts to contact. Needless to say, the closing did not go off as planned. Unprofessional and uncaring. Stay away.
Received an appraisal in Dec of 2019, upon reviewing I found major errors where a bathroom was not listed, floors were marked as vinyl when they are hardwood, and the exterior was listed as siding when it is brick. When you pay $500 for a professional service you do not expect these kinds of errors.
