This is the worst AC company in Dallas. I cannot give this company a 5-star rating. He came to my house on Friday and said it was fixed. Saturday, I had no air; it worked for one day. I purchased the unit in May 2020, total cost $5,028 cash. I received a warranty in the mail. The warranty was supposed to be for 10 years. However, he said it was only for 2 years for labor and parts. My air went out yesterday in this 101-degree weather here in Dallas, Texas. This is the wrong time of year to be without air. However, Andrews A/C and Heating showed up last night after 8:30 pm and repaired my unit. I would highly recommend this company any time. Thank you
This company is awesome. Though my situation was a mini emergency, I really didn’t expect them to show up as quickly as they did. But tools in hand, within hours, my house was cooling. Communication was on point. Always got in contact with me in reference to work to be done. Called if there would be any delays. Extremely professional…no surprises. Kept me informed…step by step…of everything they were doing. Have already referred them to another family member who needs to have work done on her air conditioner.
This come from truths, honesty, and thankfulness, To a company, that take time to help, those in need, especially the elderly in this 92 degree heat, that had no one to turn but my brother at 75 years old, who explained how long I was trying to survive in the hot house.
