Dr Yun's office is run smoothly and efficiently. Everyone is professional and friendly and answered all my questions. Dr Yun himself was extremely empathetic, knowledgable and highly skilled. What I appreciated a lot were the detailed instructions about what to expect from the first visit, where to park, what to bring, how long to expect the intake appointment to take, etc.

Everyone was very good at getting the information I needed to consider knee replacement surgery especially Dr Yuns PA. When I saw the Dr he spent very little time with me and seemed very rushed to move on !
Dr Yun seemed uninterested in my concerns. Seemed burnt out the day I met with him. He must work really hard and to many hours. I know he's a great surgeon, and I recommended many people to him.
