I am trying to schedule the appointment with Dr. Wickliffe. I called over 20 times in the past three weeks and leave the voicemail. None of the staff is returning the call. Every time that I call, it is straight through the voicemail. I am giving up and going to look for a different Service Provider instead. It is totally unacceptable. I am not wasting my time waiting anymore.
I feel extremely confident with Dr Wickliffe. Always makes me feel comfortable and understanding of what is going on with my heart. Excellent personality too. Very pleased he is my Doctor as I am growing older and need to understand how to best take care of my heart.
Let me tell you my experience with Dr. Andrew (Andy) Wickliffe. He does not know his right from left. He was to place a heart loop monitor in the left parasternal region of my chest and he literally forced it into my right breast, causing my right breast implant to rupture. I screamed and he said that didn’t hurt. I told him it felt like he rammed it in my breast. He even charted that he put it in the left side. I visited Dr Wickliffe in the Roswell office and had a very pleasant experience with both the Doctor and his staff. He was very knowledgeable and informative about my condition and has a wonderful bedside manner. I had heard great things about Dr Wickliffe and I certainly would agree with them. Highly recommend both the Doctor and this facility.
