I went to this appointment with extensive imaging documentation from a leading neuroendovascular specialist. The experience was deeply distressing. The physician expressed doubt about my established diagnosis, was dismissive of my specialist team's treatment approach, and made statements about my medications that conflicted with guidance from my hematologist and neurosurgeon. Dr. Tarulli has been caring for my husband for over 2 years. His approach to a very serious DX has helped us to manage our fears as we face daily changes. He is very professional ,thorough, and clear in relaying information to us. He spends the time needed during our visit , and is compassionate. Dr . If a 0 star review were possible that would be my choice This Doctor diagnosed a family member with "hysteria" without performing a full Physical examination, without taking a full medical and psychological history and without pursuing appropriate and through diagnostic testing. Because of this unethical rush to judgment appropriate treatments were ignored causing a progression in symptoms. Avoid this doctor if you love your family member.
