They choose who to answer the phone for. They have been made aware of an urgent prescription issue for a week now and haven’t once reached out for any updates. Anytime I call I have to wait over 30 minutes but if I call from another number I get an answer within 10 minutes this happens almost everytime insurance denies the prescription.
I have been trying to get a signature from them for one of our patients and have Yet to get the signature and It has been requested more than 12 times
We were in need of a good doctor that would listen, and I'm so thankful we found Dr. Daluga. My elderly father, who didn't like to go to doctors, adored him. Excellent doctor and actually listened to my Dad.
I told Mr Deluga my hernia repair was faulty and he said I had a neurological issue such as MS.I had to go another year and a half, in constant pain while seeing another so called Dr.Eventually, it was determined to be my hernia mesh and I had it removed.I wish I had seen a more open minded Dr.This guy should get his money back from whatever institution he attended.
