Andrew Stone does a good job of meeting your needs. His staff, the receptionist however, is rude and unaccomadating. We asked to recheck our insurance when we had a question about charges and she had a very adolescent reaction with very rude comments to us. We explained to her that we had Never paid this much for an eye exam...this was literally (her words) not her problem, she can't control what others do, etc. This prompted her to literally beat on her computer keyboard, I thought she was angrily checking my insurance, but... read more
RecommendedDr. Stone made my daughter and I feel SO comfortable. He was highly recommended by several people and now we see why. He and everyone in his office are so calm and kind. Dr. Stone explained everything so nicely and really helped us understand everything he was doing. I even had to leave in a rush because I forgot about a schedule conflict and they were very understanding. This is a very special place in Columbia that we are happy to have found!
Dr. Stone was extremely kind, knowledgeable and provided great care.
After a number of years with Dr. Stone, I’m sorry to say I’ll be finding a new provider. They had a chance to make things right and didn’t. Very sad after having such great care for so long but you’ve lost a customer over just a few dollars.

Wonderful care from the entire office...Dr. Stone takes as much time as you need and asks a lot of questions to ensure you get the best care possible!
I've honestly have had really bad experiences with past optometrists. From being rude to not caring, I really hated going to do an eye exam. The amount of care I received from Andrew stone and everyone there is outstanding and I'll never use anyone else. Truly a place that cares about you as a person and the health of you and your eyes.
Everyone in the office is so friendly and professional. When I made the appointment I was certain I would need new glasses. On the contrary I was encouraged not to move in that direction at this time. It was obvious that my welfare was the top priority. I have already recommended Andrew Stone Optometry to my friends!
