Excellent service, but extremely high prices. I’m giving five stars because the staff and service were genuinely very good. However, I recently paid nearly three times more for a simple part than what the same item cost at Canadian Tire. I chose to shop here because I wanted to support a local plumbing supplier, but pricing that much higher feels unreasonable.
