I've had fabulous experiences at andrew sherets. I've been buying from andrew sherets for years now and never have had an issue. Scott, Duff, Steve, Dustin, Mike, Ryan, Taylor and Trevor are great to deal with! Very helpful and top-notch customer service 👌 I know I'm leaving people out, but it would be a long list of names if I've named everyone who's helped me there Its always a great time stopping in amd chatting. 10/10 will be going there from many more years. Great job guys, keep up the fabulous work 👏

Worst experience ever!!! Ordered a shower bar, got told it would be about 3 weeks. It came in 6 weeks later, went to pick it up, they sold it on us (theft). We had to order another one and that took another 2.5 weeks. Unfortunately the bar didn't work for our shower so went to return it and they said there would be a 25% restocking fee, if Moen would take it back. Say what? We will NEVER shop there again and will never recommend anyone else to shop there. One more reason to shop online, no customer service anyway! 😡
