Need to have a discussion with their staff about how to communicate with other office. Tone is everything and the proper way to end a call is to say goodbye or something that indicates the calls is completed and not just hanging up on the caller. Every unprofessional
I have seen Dr Crawford twice since December he has run two sets of tests one of which was a CT scan and I have left 7 my chart messages and a phone call over this time period and have never received anything back. It is absolutely deplorable that a medical professional would behave in such a manner toward another human being seeking help. To not even respond is just bizarre. Very good hospital. Their communication from doctor to nurses and doctor to doctor is lacking. But overall had a very good experience. Dr Khalidi and Dr Sclabas are fantastic K
I absolutely love Dr Crawford. I had my first colonoscopy with him and he was so nice and informative. I will definitely be going back. I cannot thank him enough for making an unpleasant experience a good experience. The staff was so nice and did everything they could to make me comfortable.
