If anyone gives this Dr anything less than 5 stars .. someone is having a bad day and needs to revisit...... In over 12 years in USA.... THIS IS THE FIRST DR WHO PICKED UP THE PHONE TO CALL ME even though my procedure was less minor than a tooth ache!!!! Brilliant..... highly recommend Dr MALLON. His procedure was remarkably tidy and pain free.... during the treatment he was ON THE BALL!!!...A -Z... INC ALL HIS BACKUP STAFF.
I am beyond grateful for this doctor. I arrived at the clinic feeling awful with bad symptoms. Dr. Mallon was very kind, listened to my concerns, and explained everything clearly. I felt so relieved by how they handled my concerns. The front desk staff was friendly and empathetic. By the time I left the office, I felt so much better. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Mallon.

Dr Mallon is the best and the administrative staff are so nice and engaging. The office is very clean. I highly recommend for any ENT health matters.
Unapproachable. Poor communication. Specifically, performing a nasal endoscopy without any explanation of additional cost benefits and offer the option to decline. Lastly, after paying the bill I expected a nicely printed out receipt with all the details. No ma'am. By the way his exam was completely negative. Felt silly for even going in the first place.
