I am beyond grateful for this doctor. I arrived at the clinic feeling awful with bad symptoms. Dr. Mallon was very kind, listened to my concerns, and explained everything clearly. I felt so relieved by how they handled my concerns. The front desk staff was friendly and empathetic. By the time I left the office, I felt so much better. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Mallon.

Unapproachable. Poor communication. Specifically, performing a nasal endoscopy without any explanation of additional cost benefits and offer the option to decline. Lastly, after paying the bill I expected a nicely printed out receipt with all the details. No ma'am. By the way his exam was completely negative. Felt silly for even going in the first place.
I come from a medical family so when I say Dr. Mallon COMPLETELY cured my total loss of my sense of smell and inability to breathe out of my left nostril and is a great doctor, I really mean it. It turns out I had nasal polyps in both sinuses and needed surgery to fix it. We tried steroids at first and he did everything he could to cure me without surgery, but surgery was necessary.
