He listened to all of my needs and complaints BEFORE trying to make a diagnosis (I've had so many doctors cut me off and try to diagnose me without letting me finish explaining, so I appreciate that he listened first), and never made me feel like I was taking too much of his time. Very satisfied with my visit.
