Very responsive and considerate to seniors.
Went to the immunization clinic with questions about my record. The guy working the front desk was extremely rude and made it seem like my simple question was a huge inconvenience. He either needs to stop drinking so much caffeine or needs to figure out his medication. All I asked was why my record was stating I needed a flu shot when I had received it a few months ago.
In general, the staff never seems that interested in providing healthcare. I showed up to immunizations for a flu shot exactly at 11:30am and was turned away saying they had two more people to check in and they only take walk-ins until 11:30. I clarified that it was 11:30 exactly and they said it could still be another 20 mins for them to get the other two people checked-in so they could NOT accommodate my mandatory shot. Should have just gone to Walgreens.
