In general, the staff never seems that interested in providing healthcare. I showed up to immunizations for a flu shot exactly at 11:30am and was turned away saying they had two more people to check in and they only take walk-ins until 11:30. I clarified that it was 11:30 exactly and they said it could still be another 20 mins for them to get the other two people checked-in so they could NOT accommodate my mandatory shot. Should have just gone to Walgreens.

Would leave 0 if I could. Every visit is excruciating and feels like hell on earth. Nobody is even the slightest bit helpful
Follow up appointment cancelled multiple times, the day before. Now 3 months after original appointment.
Every time I come I have to wait 15+ minutes over my appointment time. I called in advance that I was going to be 15 minutes late due to numerous accidents on the road and they told me I had to wait to possibly be seen after driving over 2.5 hours.
