Dr. Rahn is great at what he does. So grateful for his care in the office for my teenagers and for his follow-up care. He’s super quick to respond to my concerns both before and after care.
I am reluctant to give very negative reviews, but I had two very negative phone calls with a lady from this office (I believe her name was Cathy). I called to schedule an appointment and provided insurance information to verify their office was contracted. When I called back to follow up (because I didn’t receive a call back), the lady I spoke with was very rude. She told me that my insurance wasn’t contracted and they couldn’t see me. Dr. Curiel and the staff are awesome people and I would recommend them highly! My experience with past oral surgeons wasn't great, but this experience was totally different. I had a small cyst removed from inside my cheek on my first visit! There was no anticipation anxiety for days or weeks of waiting for another appointment. It was fast and easy and Dr. Curiel and his team were very accommodating with my requests. I couldn't have asked for a better result! Thanks so very much!
From the front desk staff on back, this office is welcoming and the people are wonderful. Dr. Curiel even found a sea scape for the treatment room to help put me at ease.
