had met Dr Estes on two visits to discuss lower pain issues . She was recommended to me by the Orthopaededic Institute in PBG . I will not comment on her skills but all I can say that she is a poor listener hardly looks at you and deflect every question I had with a quick response . After my second visit she recommended a procedure based on whatever and made me sign an agreement exposing me to funds if my insurance coverage does meet the fees. Professional, caring, and knowledgeable .
This doctor is very rude and condescending. It was my first time meeting him and boy did he give a horrible impression. Never want to see him again. If you want to be talked down to and basically mocked go see him. Idk how he is a doctor with no bedside manner whatsoever.
After a year of suffering i went to another surgeon who warned me i was about to loose my legs following a discectomy from Dr. Baynham
Dr Estes should have a sign posted in her treatment room: SIT DOWN AND SHUT UP As a retired Physical Therapist I expect to participate in the treatment I receive. I was told that I was interrupting her. I was told I didn’t let her finish a sentence. I was told this in a manner I am unaccustomed to being addressed in. I could bearly speak when she asked if I had any questions in the end I was so upset Then when she said “have a nice weekend” i practically ran out of the office. Dr. Wexler took the time to explain the treatment plan. He was very welcoming and personable while introducing himself.
Helpful and welcoming. Dr. Wexler makes me feel comfortable and he always has a smile.
Great listener and discussed all options. After careful consideration and many questions I was very comfortable with moving forward on the decision for back surgery. Survey was successful
