Front office is not helpful.Long wait time though they are usually not busy. They charge for services not discussed. Get costs up front.This places nickels and dimes patients.
I have been a patient of Dr. Langourdi for a couple of years. He is a fantastic doctor. He knows your questions before you ask them. He is a wonderful surgeon. His staff is very nice. Sometimes he is busy, but I take that to mean that he has a thriving practice and sometimes emergencies come up. Good for him! I have recommended him to my family, friends and co-workers, and I continue to see him regularly.

I went to see Dr. Langroudi after dealing with a few less-than-satisfactory offices in Oxnard. For the first time, I felt like someone actually understood what was going on with my foot. He took the time to answer all my questions and explain my options. And trust me, he KNOWS feet! The office is clean and spacious and his staff are all really friendly and helpful. I've been back a few times since and I've never had any trouble scheduling an appointment within a week - a huge plus.
I trust Dr. Langroudi more than any other podiatrist I've seen. I had seen a lot of doctors for a foot problem that had been going on for years and none of them were able to really tell me what was going on, or take away my pain. I called his office and his staff were really helpful on the phone. They scheduled me for an appointment within 2 weeks and answered all of my questions about insurance. Dr. Andrew Langroudi was an absolute godsend in my life! He expertly corrected two surgeries on my feet. His manner is highly-professional. He is definitely a top-notch # 1 foot surgeon.
