Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Somewhat, they eventually called me back Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Does this provider have helpful information available online? No, just a basic listings page

Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes

How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient

Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Did they follow up with you after your appointment? I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it. Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
