They're great. I've only had one problem with them and that was recent. I called to reschedule an appointment, which I did but the woman didn't schedule the new appointment or cancel the other one. That caused me to receive a letter advising me that if I missed anymore they'd fire me. I don't like being threatened especially when it was the fault of the people who didn't do their job.
