I saw Dr. Glenn to get a second opinion about some damage done to my mouth by another dentist. Dr. Glenn looked at my x-rays for a total of 20 seconds. When I tried to address my concerns about pain and damage to my mouth he simply said sometimes you drill through the jaw and that I’m going to have pain after trauma to my body. Completely not compassionate, didn’t address my concerns about pain, and I will not be returning.
I came to Dr Glenn's office because other oral practitioners in Nebraska were not working out. I did not want to be sedated for tooth extractions. I had a nasty accident that broke some of my teeth out. So they needed removal. But like the coward I am. I wasn't proactive. Too many times did I get sick from NOT having a tooth extracted. Very poor bedside manner. My 9 year old daughter was scheduled for an in office procedure. Dr. Glenn came in without explaining anything to my daughter as she saw the needles and supplies they brought in; as he applied the tourniquet for her IV, she tensed up and became very scared. He got up and left the room saying he didn't have time for this, amongst other things. My daughter had missed school, had nothing to eat/drink since night before, and was devastated. RecommendedThe staff takes great care of you. Dr. Glenn is efficient and does good work. It helps those of us that have anxiety about this stuff. wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
I was VERY nervous going in to get my wisdom teeth removed. I wasn’t sure what to expect but they all put me to ease explaining everything and answering all my questions! I was able to make a appointment fast and really easy. It only took 15-20 to get them removed. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a procedure done. I feel so much better just one day after!
I had my wisdom teeth pulled by Andrew Glenn and his staff, did a wonderful good, but also kept me comfortable after waking up! 😌😌 10/10 ⭐️

He and his staff are very knowledgeable, personable, kind and caring. Made sure we understood what was going to take place and what to expect in a fun and educational way and made sure again before we went home that we understood the instructions we needed to follow post surgery. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Glenn and his staff.
Dr. Glenn does a wonderful job of explaining the procedure to both the minor patient and parent. He also personally explains the follow up care directly with the patient. My daughter had 4 wisdom teeth removed with no issues. From check-in to billing, Dr. Glenn and staff were extremely courteous and easy to work with. Highly recommend this office! Thank you Dr. Glenn!
